Supply List
I used a wood round I got from the dollar store here in Canada called Dollarama. I painted it in White Swan for the base.
I used the new Paint Inly called Rose Chintz, direction will be in the video
I made the post card hang tag in a previous live, I used a printable from the February Decoupage Club.
I painted the Craft Sticks in Crinoline
The lace slippers were from a thrift store
I used the Hydrangeas Bouquet for the top
