I made this tag using a wood tag form my website, paper napkin from the Decoupage Club and items from the essential Shabby Collection
I painted the wood tag using Picket Fence, once dry I decoupaged the napkin from the club onto the tag. I like to age my projects with brown ink. We (everyone on the live) decided how the bow was going to be made and which bling to use.
