I up-cycled this vase and rocking horse from the thrift store using only few products. I created the supply list and part 1 and 2 lives is listed below.
Supply List Vase
I painted this vase with Fusion Mineral Paint in Rose Water. It applied to the glass with no issues.
I used the Frame Mould and IOD Air Dry Clay
I then decoupaged the Evelyn Napkin using Liquid Patina
I used a little Dark Wax to add shading.
No need to seal the vase because Fusion Paint has a built in sealer!

I used Peony by Fusion, once dry I used a little dark wax to age the horse. The full instructions for the horse is in the second video.
