Below is the video where I give you several tips to applying a paper napkin on a round surface. I hope this inspires you to try this!
Supply List
Grab a bottle and paint it white, I used White Swan but Bead Board or Vintage Linen will work as well.
I used Liquid Patina to apply the Paris napkin which is from the February Decoupage Club. You will need stretch wrap or a plastic bag.
Use your favourite lace for your bow I used Retro Rose Lace.
In the jar is 1 Hydrangeas and a little Spanish moss
